- Determine managed care capabilities, including PPO, POS and HMO plans
- Solicit and evaluate proposals for network accessibility, cost effectiveness, quality measures and benefit design
- Coordinate multi-site HMO billings (if applicable)
Communication
- Develop written employee communications designed to announce and explain benefit offerings, as well as to demonstrate the value of these employer sponsored programs
- Coordinate on-site employee meetings, health fairs, and Q&A sessions with employer input regarding specific needs
- Assist individual employees with specific questions, concerns or problems
- Distribute summary plan descriptions to employees
