  • Coordinate multi-site HMO billings (if applicable)

  • Develop written employee communications designed to announce and explain benefit offerings, as well as to demonstrate the value of these employer sponsored programs
  • Coordinate on-site employee meetings, health fairs, and Q&A sessions with employer input regarding specific needs
  • Assist individual employees with specific questions, concerns or problems
  • Distribute summary plan descriptions to employees
