A Letter from Rocky: Important Update to Individual Services

Dear Current Cowan Customers,

Cowan's goal has always been to provide the best service and care for our clients on the individual marketplace. In that spirit, we want to share some recent changes to our services for individuals who do not get their benefits through their employer.

In the individual market, carriers and brokers have had strong relationships in the past, but recent shifts in the health insurance marketplace have caused carriers to move away from direct partnership with brokers.

For this reason, Cowan will no longer be able to offer individual health benefits services. Beginning in 2017, we will be focusing our services exclusively on employers.

We understand that the individual healthcare market can be very complicated and daunting. As 2017 rates are released, we will be regularly updating our website with information to help you navigate this process, since we can no longer assist you directly.
