Jay has been in the employee benefits arena for more than ten years. He spent four years as a group health underwriter and four years as a new business manager for a major health insurance company before moving to Cowan in 2003. His expertise is financial analysis for large employers, making certain that our clients receive the richest benefit plans available for their budgets. This includes alternative funding arrangements and all employee benefit products.
Jay Brown works with Aeron Lucas on his prospective and existing clients. He is involved throughout all facets of employee benefits from implementation to day-to-day administration
Jay graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Business Administration. He is also a member of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council and the Girl Scouts Council of Cumberland Valley's Human Resource Committee. Jay works closely with Aeron on prospective and existing clients.
