Jill Dietze has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, including 13 years of large group underwriting and finance and over seven years of employee benefit consulting.
Jill has worked extensively with large multi-site employers helping them design, implement, and manage their welfare benefit plans. Having worked exclusively with large employers, she has gained expertise in the complex financial, administrative, and regulatory challenges these employers face. She has specific experience with health care companies, manufacturers and educational institutions and understands the unique objectives and challenges these organizations possess.
Areas of expertise include benefit design and implementation including consumer driven health plans, legal compliance with ERISA and Internal Revenue Code regulations, financial analysis and projection, and vendor/carrier management.
A graduate of the University of Colorado, Jill received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. Jill is a member of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council, the Middle Tennessee Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
