Nancy Elias-Oates has nearly 20 years of experience working in employee benefits. She has been with Cowan for the past 10 years, currently serving as an assistant account manager. Some of her functions at Cowan include assisting brokers with client relations, renewals and plan design changes, sending out requests for proposals to carriers, coordinating enrollment meetings, and serving Cowan clients in various capacities. She is also responsible for coordinating employee communication materials.
