Richard Girdler has over 20 years of experience in health care and benefits fields with successful accomplishments in Sales, Marketing, Plan Design, Communication, Underwriting, and Network Development.
Areas of expertise include alternative funding, employee communication and motivation, and brokerage/consultative services. He especially enjoys working with employers of all sizes by helping them make sense of the consumer driven "opportunities" that present themselves today.
Formerly, Richard was Marketing Director for two local HMOs. He first started his career with a leading employee benefits insurance company. He also serves on various industry boards
A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. His education has continued and includes a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through a joint program of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and other professional and continuing education courses that broaden his knowledge to better service our clients.
