Aeron Lucas and his team manage approximately 20 clients. His areas of expertise include benefit design and implementation, employee communications, funding projections and utilization data analysis for large employers.
Aeron has more than a decade of experience in employee benefits and two years experience in corporate finance, giving him a broad understanding of the issues involved with employee benefit plans.
He has worked extensively in designing, implementing and managing benefit plans for large multi-site employers. Specifically, he is very familiar with the issues and challenges associated with developing, communicating and administering benefit plans.
Aeron graduated from The College of Wooster with a major in Economics/Business and a minor in Urban Studies. Also, he is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
